Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments for mobile DNA testing services must be scheduled through our third-party ​booking site, Squarespace Acuity Scheduling, or by contacting our customer service. Pure ​Growth DNA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen ​circumstances.

Payment and Fees

Payment for services is required at the time of scheduling. Pure Growth DNA reserves the ​right to adjust pricing or introduce new fees as needed. All services are 100% non-​refundable after DNA samples have been taken and mailed and also after 48 hour ​cancellation.

Test Results

Test results are delivered through a secure mobile app. Pure Growth DNA is not responsible ​for the interpretation of results, and we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare ​professional for further understanding of health-related information.

Account Creation and Security

To access your test results and manage your appointments, you must create an account ​through our third-party booking platform, Squarespace Acuity Scheduling. You are ​responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. If you suspect ​unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately at ​testing@puregrowthdna.site

Binding Arbitration

In the event of a dispute between you and Pure Growth DNA, it must be resolved through ​binding, confidential, and final arbitration on an individual basis. This means that you ​cannot bring claims as part of a group or class action. For more detailed information on ​arbitration, please refer to Section 19 of these terms.

Medical Advice Disclaimer

Our services and site do not offer medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, ​contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately. All affiliate fees are non-refundable, and Pure Growth DNA is not obligated to promote or ​facilitate sales for partners. Promotional efforts are at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate biological samples as instructed. You affirm that the samples ​are yours or that you have legal authorization to submit them on behalf of another person. ​It is your responsibility to seek legal advice if necessary.

Restrictions
